Paycom Employees Donate 3,983 Pounds of Clothing to Goodwill,

Conclude National Payroll Week With Canoe Races

OKLAHOMA CITY – Employees of Paycom Software, Inc. (“Paycom”) (NYSE: PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, donated 3,983 pounds of gently used clothing to Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma as part of its National Payroll Week (NPW) activities, Sept. 10-14. During the week of pirate-themed employee competitions – including the second-annual Goodwill clothing drive and concluding with canoe races at the Paycom headquarters’ pond – Paycom’s workforce continued the company’s tradition of embracing a fun workplace culture while giving back to the Oklahoma community.

“We are so grateful to the employees at Paycom for stepping up in such a big way for this donation drive,” said Mark Barth, president and CEO of Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma. “Your generosity is paid forward in the community in so many ways. Not only are you being environmentally conscientious when you donate to Goodwill, you’re providing the means to training and resources needed to help individuals find secure, well-paying jobs. Without the help of incredible community partners like Paycom, we couldn’t fulfill our mission to help people overcome challenges to employment.”

Paycom’s near 2-ton gift was raised as employees weighed their donations to earn points for their favorite Paycom NPW team, with each pound of clothing equaling one point. The donations consisted of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, shoes and accessories, as well as small housewares and appliances.

“It’s a tremendous feeling to see the collective impact our employees can have,” said Jennifer Kraszewski, Paycom’s director of HR. “We are so proud to see our employees participate and demonstrate our incredible culture and corporate values that extend past our office walls and directly into the community.”

National Payroll Week celebrates the hard work of the United States’ 150 million wage earners, plus the professionals who pay those employees with accuracy and on time. In essence, the week honors everyone’s favorite day: payday. As one of the largest payroll providers in America, Paycom helps payroll professionals meet their stringent deadlines to supply employees with their paychecks.

Traditionally, NPW is celebrated during the week of Labor Day, but in an effort to maximize the week’s festivities, Paycom celebrated internally one week later with five days of activities that also included a flag design competition, a scavenger hunt and feats of strength, all at Paycom’s Oklahoma City corporate headquarters.

Dozens of Paycom employees cheer on their colleagues during the annual canoe race competitions in front of Paycom’s corporate campus at 7501 W. Memorial Road.
