Paycom's Holly Faurot Recognized as One of Oklahoma's 30/30 by ION Oklahoma Online

Holly Faurot, regional vice president of Paycom’s sales organization has been named as one of 30 recipients to receive the annual 30/30 Next Gen award, honoring individuals under the age of 30 who have shown professional achievement, community involvement and commitment to Oklahoma’s future.

“These individuals have shown leadership among their peers and in the Oklahoma community,” Don Swift, publisher of ION Oklahoma Online said. “Oklahoma’s momentum will continue because of these 30 outstanding individuals. We are proud to honor their accomplishments and look forward to their continued contributions.”

Faurot began her career at Paycom as an intern during her last semester at the University of Oklahoma in 2007 and was most recently promoted as the Regional Vice President of Paycom’s central sales region. Among being awarded with various accolades during her career at Paycom, Faurot uses her professional success as a platform to impact businesses throughout Oklahoma and across the nation.

“The differences we make for businesses by helping them implement processes to become more efficient and reduce the administrative burdens on payroll and HR professionals is very satisfying,” said Faurot. “It’s wonderful to work for an organization where I truly believe in the product we sell and the service we provide to our customers.”

Faurot, who grew up on a dairy farm in Kenefic, OK, was taught at a young age the importance of working hard, being honest and having a desire to help others. “I have been very blessed to give back both with my time and my financial resources,” said Faurot, who continues to donate to several local non-profits and spends time mentoring young adults interested in a career in business.

Being named one of Oklahoma’s 30 Under 30 was a great honor for Faurot, who has had the opportunity to live in four different states and travel the country on a weekly basis throughout her career at Paycom. “No matter how exciting or interesting other states and cities might be, I truly appreciate how wonderful Oklahoma is and am honored to have been selected out of 200 nominees as one of Oklahoma’s 30 under 30,” said Faurot.

Faurot grew up in Kenefic, OK and attended Coleman High School. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in management with a minor in marketing. She resides in Edmond with her husband, Seth.

The 2nd Annual 30/30 Next Gen awards ceremony will be held Thursday, October 18, 2012 at the Petroleum Club located at 100 North Broadway Avenue. For more information, visit www.ionok.com for more details.
