Paycom’s Sales Force Raises $27,545 for Imua Family Services

Paycom’s President’s Club attendees collected $27,545 to support Imua Family Services in Wailuku, Hawaii, through its annual giving program, President’s Club Gives.

“We are thankful to the communities that host President’s Club each year,” said Stacey Pezold, Paycom chief operating officer. “We are blessed to be able to give back in this way and to an organization that does so much good. This selfless act by our employees will hopefully lift those in need throughout the community.”

This year’s total exceeded last year’s gift amount of $18,300, which aided the nonprofit organization, Children’s Advocacy Center of Collier County in Naples, Fla.

Founded in 2011, the President’s Club Gives program is a way to support the communities that host the annual President’s Club. Paycom sales representatives earn a spot at President’s Club based on their professional accomplishments from the previous year. It is an opportunity to honor the elite for their successes, and the President’s Club Gives program is a way to reciprocate that success with those who need it most.

The funds raised will give children within the Maui community a better chance to live to their fullest potential. Paycom matched the amount raised, dollar-for-dollar, which will help provide comprehensive early childhood development services offered through Imua Family Services.

The Oklahoma City-based Paycom is known for its philanthropic efforts. In July 2014, Paycom was named a recipient of the Beacon Award, designed to recognize and honor businesses that offer vital support to nonprofit organizations throughout Oklahoma. In December, Paycom donated $56,100 to The Salvation Army’s kettle campaign, surpassing the previous year’s amount.
