GRAPEVINE, Texas (Dec. 30, 2020) – Paycom Software, Inc., (NYSE:PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, donated $10,000 to GRACE to help provide food, shelter, children’s programming, senior services and other services to those in Grapevine and surrounding communities.
GRACE has seen a 40% increase in requests for assistance this year, while seeing an almost equal decrease in donations.
“We are blessed,” said Shonda Schaefer, chief executive officer at GRACE. “The folks in Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, Roanoke and all the communities here understand the importance of a social service agency like GRACE to the well-being of their neighbors. Strong, forward-looking organizations like Paycom are first to share in assuring this support is available for all those in need. For that, we are truly grateful.”
GRACE provides food, clothing, financial assistance and other vital necessities to people who are in need. The organization also provides low-cost medical services, transitional housing and general emergency assistance.
“GRACE has continued to provide essential services throughout the pandemic, and we are proud to support their initiatives,” said AJ Griffin, Paycom’s director of government and community affairs. “This time has been especially difficult for those in need, and GRACE has helped so many through programs like the community clinic and food pantry.”
In 2020, Paycom has donated to over 170 nonprofit organizations across multiple states. These organizations serve their communities by providing youth programming, environmental education, adults and children with disabilities programming, mental health treatment and feeding programs for individuals and children needing assistance.
