Paycom Recognized for Helping Businesses Thrive in 2020

To close out 2020, Paycom earned first place on Software Advice’s FrontRunners 2020 Top HR Software Year-End Report as well as a spot on Capterra’s Top 20 of 2020 list of tech companies that helped businesses thrive this year.

Having determined the right HR software was a key component for success in 2020, the Software Advice site complimented Paycom on having client specialists readily available to assist users and the cloud-based software’s ability for employers to automate processes and maintain employee data.

In addition to claiming the top spot on the FrontRunners year-end report, Paycom also ranked highly on the site’s Payroll, Workforce Management, HR, Onboarding, Talent Management and Time Clock reports.

Capterra praised Paycom for helping companies simplify workforce management through its single system, providing a simple, streamlined way to onboard new employees, manage time-off requests and stay on top of HR tasks no matter the work environment.

One Paycom client, The Kraft Group, parent company of the New England Patriots, appreciated not only the flexibility of the Paycom software, but also its ability to provide updates at a time when the compliance landscape was quickly shifting.

Miranda Blaiklock, director of benefits, compensation and HRIS for the New England Patriots, said, “With the legislation constantly evolving and changing, the rapid response that Paycom gave in making sure that we had the tools that we needed and also the information we needed was just quite impressive. So it really felt like they were a partner, even though, as HR professionals, we were all trying to figure out what was coming next.”

The ability to access Paycom from anywhere on a mobile device, coupled with its various product offerings, made it easy for organizations to keep operations moving ahead, wherever their employees were located.

In determining its list, Capterra selected companies from an array of industries based on their ability to offer cross-functional products that made a difference in a difficult year. Paycom ranked in the top 10 but was honored in the software categories of Onboarding, Time Clock, Workforce Management and HR.

“Onboarding new employees in entirely remote offices has been another unique challenge faced by companies this year, but with workforce management products like Paycom, the process is simplified,” wrote tech analyst and author Lisa Hedges. “[Paycom] accomplishes a ton of HR tasks all in one platform.”

To be eligible for the Capterra list, companies had to have a minimum average user rating of 4.2 out of 5 stars and at least 200 reviews. To read the full article published by Capterra, click here.
