OKLAHOMA CITY (Dec. 20, 2021) – Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE:PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, ranked among best companies for women to work at in the U.S. for 2021 by Comparably, a workplace culture and review site.
Paycom, which was the only Oklahoma company to make the list, was included in the large company list, those with over 500 employees, and is fresh off its ninth consecutive appearance as a top workplace in Oklahoma. As of June 30, 2021, women represented approximately half of Paycom’s workforce, and over 47% of Paycom’s management is female.
“One part of what makes Paycom a great place to work for women is the support we give to new parents as well as assistance in balancing work and family matters by providing paid parental leave for bonding or caring for a newborn or adopted child,” said Jennifer Kraszewski, vice president of human resources at Paycom. “I’m thrilled with the growth of this program and what we can offer to all our working parents.”
Additional benefits in this area include around-the-clock support through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, adoption, surrogacy, new parenthood and returning to work after leave. In addition, employees have access to a discounted child care platform offering full-time and part-time recurring care, occasional care and backup care from caregivers of their choice. In addition to $1 health care, Paycom’s employees have free access to Paycom’s fully equipped fitness center, which hosts virtual and in-person classes; four acres of green space; and subsidized catered lunches with a daily healthy option.
Paycom prides itself on its diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives; is inclusive of all members of its community; and is hiring for many positions across its growing workforce.
