GRAPEVINE, TEXAS (MAY 10, 2022) — Paycom Software Inc., (NYSE: PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, held a grand opening ceremony for its Texas Operations Center Tuesday. The Grapevine office will hold approximately 1,000 team members and is Paycom’s largest facility outside its Oklahoma City headquarters.
“As we continue to grow, it is vital for us to attract and retain dedicated talent to develop cutting-edge products, deliver outstanding customer service and transform how people do business,” said Chad Richison, Paycom founder and CEO.
Construction of the 150,000-square-foot operations center began in the spring of 2019. The campus houses team members from multiple departments, including operations, technology, human resources and other corporate functions.
The 14-acre campus includes a fitness center, giving team members free access to trainers, equipment, weights, sports leagues and more. It also includes a cafeteria, which serves lunch daily from local restaurants for only $4 – the rest of the meal is subsidized by Paycom.
“Seeing the operations center come to life and now officially open is a milestone for both Paycom and the community,” said Grapevine Mayor William D. Tate. “To have a top-caliber employer like Paycom recognize that we’re a great place to help grow your business is something we can all be proud of.”
Paycom continues to hire for high-paying careers in North Texas, including those in product management, software development, learning and development, HR, IT and tax. To apply and read about benefits – including health care for only $1 per pay period – visit https://www.paycom.com/careers.
