OKLAHOMA CITY (Oct. 14, 2021) – Paycom Software, Inc., (NYSE:PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, was a recipient of the Learning in Practice Innovation award. Presented by Chief Learning Officer® magazine, the Learning in Practice Awards honor organizations that demonstrate excellence in the design and delivery of employee development programs.
Paycom was recognized for its innovative Better Conversations series, which was launched in 2020 as an insightful forum to engage and empower employees with discussions about social injustice, mental wellness, working parents, women in tech and more.

The Better Conversations sessions are open to all employees, presenting an opportunity to both listen and be heard, further creating an empathetic and supportive workspace. To date, Paycom has hosted over 100 Better Conversations sessions with nearly 3,000 participants, including all Paycom leaders.
The Learning in Practice Awards were established in 2003 and are presented annually to practitioners and providers who have showcased distinction in their employee development programs through a combination of qualities such as leadership, vision, business acumen and strategic alignment.
