Digital Accessibility at Paycom

IMPORTANT: The purpose of this page is to address digital accessibility of Paycom software and its ability to interact with assistive technology like screen readers and speech-to-text.

What is digital accessibility?

Digital accessibility is the practice of making digital products and websites usable by all users.

Paycom Software Inc. (Paycom) is committed to providing fully accessible experiences for all users.

Paycom has devoted extensive resources in its commitment to ensuring its software platform is accessible to all users by aligning with the most recent recommendations found in the latest version of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) for Level A and AA published by World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Paycom is dedicated to monitoring and regularly refining processes and content to meet the latest accessibility standards and requirements to ensure accessibility and inclusivity across all Paycom software.

How can I submit feedback about digital accessibility?

If you are a client of Paycom:

Please contact your dedicated specialist with any digital accessibility questions or feedback.

If you are an employee of a company that uses Paycom:

Please email accessibility@paycomonline.com with the following information:

1. Device and platform information

  • What tool are you using? For example: Employee Self-Service®, Manager on-the-Go®, etc.
  • What device you are using? For example: Windows PC, Mac, Windows Laptop, MacBook, iPhone 14 Plus, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, etc.
  • Device operating system and version? This can usually be found in the device’s settings under the about section.
  • If you are using a desktop or laptop computer, what browser you are using? For example: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.
  • If you are using a mobile device, what Paycom app version do you have? This can be found at the bottom of the app landing page or at the bottom of the Settings page.

2. Information about the issue

  • Where you are running into issues. The more precise you can be, the easier it is for us to investigate.
  • If you can try a different device, do you experience the same issue?
