Paycom and members of its executive leadership team accepted the Exchange Club of Oklahoma City’s Vision Award, presented to entrepreneurs dedicated to fostering and growing their businesses in the state of Oklahoma.
Paycom founder and CEO Chad Richison was honored Thursday for his company’s accomplishments at The Greens Country Club, where Paycom joined other elite Oklahoma companies that have received the accolade.
“I am happy to accept the Vision Award on behalf of our Paycom staff members,” Richison said. “Their hard work and dedication to excellence brings our vision to life.”
From its time of inception in 1998, the OKC-based Paycom has blossomed from a payroll company to a full-service provider of human capital management with offices across the country.
Previous winners of the Vision Award include American Floral Services, Devon, American Fidelity, Hobby Lobby/Mardel, Express Personnel Services and Eateries Inc.
About the Exchange Club’s Vision Award:
The Exchange Club of Oklahoma City is a 71-year old civic club. In 1987, when Oklahoma was feeling the negative effect of business mergers, acquisitions and closings, members of the Exchange Club led by the late legislator E.C. “Sandy” Sanders determined that an award should be given to companies started and remaining in Oklahoma that have an influence on national and international trade.
