OKLAHOMA CITY – Today, employees of Paycom Software, Inc. presented the Anna’s House Foundation with an employee- and employer-combined donation of $10,000. Employees raised funds during Paycom’s Customer Service Week through straight donations, as well as purchasing ride wristbands and dunk tank throws for an on-site carnival.
“The generosity of Paycom employees allows the Anna’s House Foundation the financial ability to support foster families with much-needed supplies as they open their home to children in crisis,” said Katherine Craig, executive director of the Anna’s House Foundation.
Paycom’s annual weeklong event ran internally from June 18 to June 22, and is designed to thank its employees for their continuous high level of customer service. Expressions of appreciation included Paycom-branded apparel and wireless speakers; morning cinnamon rolls; a return visit from four live camels on “Hump Day,” also known as Wednesday; and a lunchtime carnival on Friday, complete with 11 fair rides and midway games, in addition to 14 free food and dessert trucks.
“Our employees’ customer service standards were rewarded with our annual summer carnival, which allowed our workforce the opportunity to raise funds for Anna’s House, whose staff provides support to the dedicated foster families under their care,” said Jennifer Kraszewski, Paycom director of human resources. “Because of our employees’ competitive spirit and continued generosity, it is my honor to award Anna’s House Foundation this gift of $10,000.”
This year’s grand total matches the 2017 Paycom Customer Service Week gift to the Edmond-based nonprofit. In addition to today’s cash donation, Paycom soon will host an employee-led toy drive to fulfill the Christmas lists of the foster children under the care of Anna’s House Foundation.
