OKLAHOMA CITY (Aug. 27, 2024) — Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) (“Paycom”), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, donated $46,000 to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County and Greater Tarrant County in Fort Worth, Texas, through its employee giving program and company dollar-for-dollar match. The donation will help fund quality after-school and summer programs for students in the community.
“Boys & Girls Clubs are an excellent resource for the youth in our communities,” said Charles Franks, manager of talent acquisition at Paycom. “The stability and care they provide for students both locally and nationwide inspires our employees to continue supporting their organization.”
Paycom’s employee giving donation wraps up a month dedicated to back-to-school initiatives. Earlier in the month, employees packed 500 backpacks with school supplies and organized a supply drive for students in Oklahoma and Texas.
Boys & Girls Clubs’ mission is to enable all young people, especially those in need, to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens.
“Too many families struggle to find affordable, quality after-school care,” said Carly Johnson, vice president of development for Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County. “Boys & Girls Clubs are dedicated to bridging gaps and creating a positive, productive environment for every kid we serve, and we couldn’t do it without organizations like Paycom.”
The employee giving program supports a multitude of local and national causes, including youth programming, mental health treatment, programs for individuals living with disabilities and food support for individuals and children needing assistance. Paycom selects a wide range of nonprofits every year so employees can donate to an organization that aligns with their values. Additionally, the company matches every dollar donated through the employee giving program.
