Paycom employees give $20,000 to Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA CITY (May 25, 2022)Paycom Software Inc. (NYSE:PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, presented Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma with a check for $20,000 to support the nonprofit’s programs and services.

“Paycom’s contribution is vital to the success of Goodwill’s goal of helping Oklahomans overcome challenges to employment,” said Jim Priest, CEO of Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma. “Their generous donation will support our mission programs and services. We greatly appreciate Paycom’s continued support to the communities in which we serve.”

Goodwill advocates for training and employment opportunities for often-overlooked populations, such as older workers, second-chance individuals, veterans, people with disabilities and youth. Additionally, the organization supports programs that provide families with clothing, food and other vital resources.

“Investing in our community is at the forefront of our culture, and we are dedicated to supporting programs like Goodwill that ensure everyone has the opportunity for employment,” said Brad Smith, Paycom’s chief information officer. “Our team members are excited to provide this donation to such a significant organization.”

Wednesday’s donation was made possible through Paycom’s ongoing employee giving campaign, an opportunity for employees to donate to a variety of local and national causes that help provide a better life for those they serve. Additional ways employees give back include volunteer events and service initiatives that strengthen families and communities.
