OKLAHOMA CITY (Sept. 27, 2021) – Paycom Software, Inc., (NYSE:PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, presented a $15,000 check to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, which will go towards programing to provide approx. 60,000 meals in the region. The software company also made a $15,000 donation to Feeding America®, to help with their efforts to prevent hunger and food insecurity in America.
“September is Hunger Action Month, and our employees wanted to give back to the community in a way that helps people struggling to find their next meal,” said AJ Griffin, Paycom’s director of government and community affairs. “Food is such a basic need, and we are always proud to support the Regional Food Bank and Feeding America in their efforts to fight hunger in our state and across the nation.”
Since 1980, the Regional Food Bank has led the fight against hunger in central and western Oklahoma. The majority of people served by the nonprofit are chronically hungry children, seniors living on fixed incomes and families.

The Regional Food Bank distributes food through a network of more than 1,300 community-based partner agencies, schools and community organizations in 53 counties in central and western Oklahoma. These agencies range from public access food pantries to shelters and congregate feeding sites and direct service agencies assisting food-insecure populations.

For more than 40 years, Feeding America has responded to the hunger crisis in America by providing food to people in need through a nationwide network of food banks. Feeding America is the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization providing over 6 billion meals in 2020.
The donations come as part of Paycom’s ongoing giving campaign, in which employees have the opportunity to donate to a variety of local and national causes. Additional ways they give back include volunteer events and service initiatives that strengthen families and communities.
