OKLAHOMA CITY (Feb. 24, 2021) – Paycom Software, Inc., (NYSE:PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, presented Make-A-Wish Oklahoma with a check for $30,000 to provide life-changing experiences to local children with critical illnesses through the program’s wishes. This is the largest donation the software company has made to the organization.
Make-A-Wish has over 400 children in the state waiting for their wish to be granted. In Oklahoma, the nonprofit grants between 165-200 wishes a year.
“By granting wishes, you give our wish kids so much more than a temporary escape,” said Erin Nantois, director of philanthropy at Make-A-Wish Oklahoma. “You give them the motivation and strength to keep fighting for better days. A child’s wish begins with hope, and that hope begins with you. Thank you, Paycom employees, for giving our precious wish kids the priceless gift of hope, strength and joy.”
The donation comes as part of Paycom’s ongoing giving campaign in which employees have the opportunity to donate to a variety of local and national causes. Additional ways they give back include volunteer events and service initiatives that strengthen families and communities.
