OKLAHOMA CITY – (May 30, 2023) – Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE:PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, donated $30,000 to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). The donation will fund the digital and in-person network of mental health resources for communities across the country.
“Mental health is foundational to a person’s holistic well-being, and we continuously work to acknowledge this, reduce stigma, remove barriers and create access to resources for the people of Paycom,” said Tanner Bergman, manager of well-being at Paycom. “It’s an honor to support an organization that’s helping so many people find their hope, healing and purpose.”
NAMI helps millions of Americans through more than 600 local affiliates and 49 state organizations. The alliance also offers support groups, educational programs and a toll-free NAMI HelpLine and advocates for national public policy.
“We’re beyond grateful for Paycom’s faith in our mission to help people who need support during a difficult journey,” said Lorna Palmer, executive director of NAMI Oklahoma. “With the help of sponsors like Paycom, we are able to provide families with the necessary resources to navigate the realities of mental illness together.”
The funding will help maintain multiple education programs and expand the range of advocacy opportunities for the organization. The donation is made possible by Paycom’s employee giving program, which allows employees to donate to local and national causes.
