In Oklahoma, over 7,000 children are in foster care. The Anna’s House Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit organization located in Edmond, Oklahoma, that offers immediate, stable and loving homes for Oklahoma’s children in state custody. The organization builds a support network for foster families, offering housing, training, mental health services and other essential resources.
Since 2009, Paycom has donated to Anna’s House, including corporate and employee contributions as well as hundreds of toys each year. Every year, Paycom employees are leading providers of Christmas gifts for The Anna’s House Foundation families and children.
“Paycom and their employees give so generously to children in our foster care program,” said Katherine Craig, executive director for The Anna’s House Foundation. “This incredible generosity during Christmas creates a ripple effect of hope. Each gift symbolizes a new childhood memory and serves as a reminder that they are valued and cared for, especially during times of uncertainty. It nurtures their sense of belonging, making the holiday season truly impactful.”
Paycom employees also donated to the National Foster Parent Association, an organization that provides foster parents and child welfare professionals opportunities for advocacy and education.
“The National Foster Parent Association is grateful for the ongoing support from Paycom employees in helping address the critical needs of children in the care of foster, adoptive and kinship parents,” said Arnold Eby, executive director at the National Foster Parent Association. “Thank you for being champions of family-based care for children in need through your community outreach and at the national level.”
