Paycom, a leading provider of human capital management technology, expanded its national footprint with the opening of its first Silicon Valley office. This marks the fourth location in California and the 25th across the nation for Oklahoma City-based Paycom, which offers innovative HR and payroll technology for U.S.-based businesses.
Recently named one of the five best places to work in the country by Glassdoor, Paycom joins other prominent technology companies already located in Silicon Valley.
Mark Oare has been selected to lead the office located at 150 Mathilda Place, Suite 204 in Sunnyvale. Oare started his career with Paycom in 2006 as a sales intern and has held multiple positions within its salesforce. He previously oversaw the Company’s Orange County office. Oare has proven to be a strong leader and will continue to add value to employees and businesses as the Silicon Valley manager.
“It is an honor to be able to introduce one of America’s top workplaces to residents in the Silicon Valley area,” Oare said. “Because it is a thriving technology area, this is the perfect fit for Paycom. Businesses will soon discover what sets our proprietary, Software-as-a-Service payroll and HR technology apart from any others on the market.”
Paycom is well-recognized nationally and at home, as it has been acknowledged by Inc. magazine, Glassdoor and The Oklahoman for its award-winning culture and continued growth.
“Joining the Paycom team is a life-changing opportunity for those looking to be part of one of the top workplaces in the country,” Paycom’s Director of Recruiting Tiffany McGowen said. “We offer a winning culture and infinite earning potential to go along with our competitive benefits package and industry-leading training.”
From a single application, Paycom helps businesses streamline their employment processes with a robust suite of services that handle every aspect of the employee lifecycle, from hiring to retiring. Paycom’s cutting-edge technology has proven to increase efficiencies and help those concerned with meeting the ever-changing compliance regulations of the federal government’s Affordable Care Act.
