Among the top 25, Paycom is the only large company headquartered in Oklahoma, as well as one of the few organizations with a Texas presence.

This award comes on the heels of Paycom’s placement as one of Oklahoma’s Top Workplaces, a list released in December 2022. It marked a decade of Paycom ranking as one of the Sooner State’s top employers. Paycom’s Texas Operations Center in Grapevine also was recognized last year as a “National Standard” winner in The Dallas Morning News’ Top 100 Places to Work.
In addition, Paycom recently received recognition as a Best Company for Compensation and Best Company for Perks & Benefits from Comparably, a workplace culture and review site that surveys employees nationwide in workplace culture categories.
The annual Top Workplaces rankings are based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution and connection.
This is the third year of Top Workplaces USA, built on the program’s 15-year history surveying more than 23 million employees across 55 markets for regional Top Workplaces awards. On average, less than 3% of eligible organizations earn Top Workplaces recognition.
