Paycom has partnered with NewsChannel 4, The Salvation Army and Buy for Less to host its second annual HoliDazzle, a free event at Buy for Less’ 3501 Northwest Expressway location on Saturday, Dec. 13, to kick off the Brad Edwards Warmth 4 Winter coat drive.
From noon to 4 p.m. tomorrow, all ages are encouraged to bring new or gently used coats for needy Oklahomans. Those who contribute are invited to enjoy an afternoon of holiday cheer with free train rides, hot cocoa, cookies and pictures with Santa Claus. All festivities are free and open to the public.
“Last year’s event was a huge success and we are proud to be partnering to help those less fortunate again, especially as temperatures drop,” said Stacey Pezold, Paycom’s executive vice president of operations. “The Salvation Army is a valued partner of ours and we are excited to support them along with NewsChannel 4 and Buy for Less. Together, we can help make this winter warm for all Oklahomans.”
Volunteers from Paycom and the NewsChannel 4 family will be in attendance to accept donations, along with members of The Salvation Army, Legacy Cleaners and Buy for Less. Coats also may be purchased on-site at a discounted rate of $14.45 for children’s sizes and $16.85 for adults.
Warmth 4 Winter started more than 30 years ago by the late Brad Edwards. Over the years, the program has transformed into one of the largest coat drives in the state.
Anyone in need of a winter coat is asked to contact The Salvation Army at (405) 246-1100.
