OKLAHOMA CITY (Oct. 28, 2021) – Paycom Software, Inc., (NYSE:PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, received the Family Positive Workplace Certification from Potts Family Foundation. The certification defines a family-positive workplace or employer as one whose policies make it possible for employees to more easily balance and fulfill both their family and work obligations.
This certification, which is an official recognition from the Oklahoma Family Positive Workplace Council, has three levels to encourage growth and advancement. Paycom was awarded the Excellence Certification, which is the highest achievement offered.
