OKLAHOMA CITY (Aug. 26, 2024) — Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) (“Paycom”), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, received two 2024 Beacon awards from The Journal Record: one for Charitable Influence and the second for Philanthropic Impact in the state of Oklahoma.
The awards recognize companies whose culture encourages and supports employee volunteerism, charitable giving and community involvement and businesses who have made significant charitable contributions to a group or individual in need within the community. The Journal Record recognized Paycom for its employee giving program in both categories.
“At Paycom, we believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work,” said Tara Steffens, team leader of corporate philanthropy programs at Paycom. “We are honored to receive these awards that demonstrate Paycom’s dedication to helping improve the quality of life in our communities.”
The Paycom employee giving program aims to boost awareness about a variety of causes each month. Employees are able to contribute to local and national nonprofit organizations throughout the year. Paycom matches every employee donation through the employee giving program dollar for dollar.
“Paycom is one of the state’s leading companies when it comes to creating a culture that supports volunteerism, charitable giving and community involvement, not to mention its generous corporate gifts to groups and individuals,” said James Bennett, editor of The Journal Record.
Paycom and its employees gave over $2.3 million to more than 350 organizations across 37 states and Washington, D.C in 2023.
