Less than a week after Paycom landed as the fifth-best place to work in the U.S., the payroll and HR services technology provider was ranked No. 2 on The Oklahoman Top Workplaces.
In addition to the Top Workplace accolade, Paycom’s Founder and CEO, Chad Richison, earned the Large Business Leadership Award.
“We’ve made it our goal to create an environment where every employee feels valued and part of making that happen is listening to their opinions and suggestions,” Richison said. “We show employees how much we appreciate them by investing in them. It is important that we give them command of their career success and celebrate their successes.”
Paycom ranked highly in the inaugural list because it promotes a strong work-life balance for its employees with regular events for workers and their families. At Paycom’s annual Year-End Party, the company charters buses to transport employees to an upscale hotel in Dallas for an event that includes an awards banquet, giveaways and karaoke. Paycom also hosts a family-friendly fall party for employees with free food, a petting zoo, pony rides and a life-size maze. At Paycom’s Winter Wonderland event, families can get their picture taken with Santa Claus.
