OKLAHOMA CITY (Aug. 30, 2022) — Paycom Software Inc. (NYSE:PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based HR and payroll software, donated $20,000 to Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County (BGCOKC). The funds will support the nonprofit’s mission to inspire and enable Oklahoma County youth to reach their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.
Paycom interns also stuffed about 600 backpacks with school supplies to support BGCOKC and Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County. Paycom’s Texas operations center houses up to 1,000 team members in Grapevine, which sits in Tarrant County.
“We are overwhelmed by the support from Paycom and their employees,” said Teena Belcik, BGCOKC president and CEO. “Their investment in our mission will help us continue to serve even more young people on their journeys to great futures.”
Since opening in 1995, Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County has grown to 18 Clubs and serves over 15,000 youth each year with experiences focused on academics, developing healthy habits and helping others. The Clubs have seen a 100% high school graduation rate.
“Once again, our Paycom team members have stepped up to support an organization changing lives in our community,” said Adam Ballard, Paycom’s vice president of marketing. “Youth centers are vital for so many. They offer safe, caring and nurturing environments where kids can learn and grow. We are pleased this donation will expand the clubs’ reach and programs.”
The gift is part of Paycom’s ongoing giving campaign that provides team members the opportunity to donate to a variety of local and national causes. Team members also show support through community service projects and volunteer activities throughout the year.
