OKLAHOMA CITY (Dec. 17, 2024) — Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) (“Paycom”), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, donated $112,500 to The Salvation Army of Central Oklahoma. This donation marks the $1 million donation milestone since Paycom first partnered with the organization in 2012.
“I’m honored to see the lasting impact of our partnership with The Salvation Army,” said Tiffany Gamblin, senior director of HR operations at Paycom and advisory board member for The Salvation Army of Central Oklahoma. “The collective efforts of our team, from every donation to every volunteer hour, have truly made a world of difference in the lives of those who need it most.”
Paycom and its employees also donated $17,500 to The Salvation Army of North Texas, bringing the total donation amount to $130,000.
The Salvation Army offers programs and resources such as financial assistance, food pantries, food kitchens, emergency shelters, senior centers and rehabilitation centers.
“Thanks to the compassion and generosity of Paycom employees, we can reach even more individuals to offer them stability and hope,” said Major Russell Clay, area commander of The Salvation Army of Central Oklahoma. “We are very grateful for their unwavering support and commitment to the communities we help.”
During this holiday season, Paycom increased its impact by donating over 1,000 winter coats and 250 care packages for seniors, all distributed to individuals served by The Salvation Army.
The Paycom employee giving program supports a multitude of local and national causes, including youth programming, mental health treatment and programs for individuals living with disabilities. Paycom selects a wide range of nonprofits every year, allowing employees to donate to an organization that aligns with their values. Additionally, the company matches every dollar donated through the employee giving program.
