OKLAHOMA CITY (Nov. 19, 2019) — Paycom Software, Inc. today announced its sixth annual HoliDazzle, a one-day community coat drive in partnership with KFOR Oklahoma’s News 4 Warmth 4 Winter program, benefiting The Salvation Army of Central Oklahoma. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 29, at Science Museum Oklahoma, 2020 Remington Place in Oklahoma City. By simply donating a new or gently used coat of any size at the doors of the event, attendees will receive one free same-day admission to Science Museum Oklahoma and a complimentary photo with Santa. Free admissions are limited to one per family and the first 250 donations.
“Paycom has been involved with Warmth 4 Winter since 2013 because we are committed to providing much-needed outerwear to our friends and neighbors,” said AJ Griffin, director of government and community affairs at Paycom. “Our annual HoliDazzle is one more way Paycom embraces outreach and looks for opportunities to help those who need it the most. By partnering with some truly great organizations, we look forward to collecting as many coats as possible.”
During HoliDazzle, guests can meet KFOR Oklahoma’s News 4 on-air personalities, score prizes and tour News 4’s in-action satellite truck, Big Blue. Warmth 4 Winter was started more than three decades ago by the late Brad Edwards of KFOR Oklahoma’s News 4. Over the years, the program has transformed into one of the largest coat drives in the state.
The Oklahoma City-based Paycom has a proud history of supporting local nonprofits. In September, as part of National Payroll Week, Paycom donated $15,000 to Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma. Earlier this summer, Paycom employees stuffed over 600 backpacks with school supplies for Oklahoma City students, in partnership with the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City.
Anyone in need of a winter coat is encouraged to call The Salvation Army at (405) 246-1100.
