Step 3: Through Paycom’s mobile app, Beti notifies employees of pending tasks requiring action before payday.

Step 4: Employees preview their pay before approving it for submission.

Step 5: With visibility into their pay and how it’s calculated, employees are empowered to own the process and their overall HR data.
