We interviewed one of our executive sales representatives, Brandon, to learn more about his Paycom journey. Here’s what he had to say:
What is your favorite thing about being in outside sales?
I love that every day is a different challenge. Collaborating with executives on how they can leverage Paycom to solve true business challenges is really exciting. I can be a trusted adviser to my clients to help them achieve their goals.
What advice would you give a new employee for being successful at Paycom?
You’re about to embark on the ride of your life. Take advantage of all the incredible resources Paycom provides you with and trust the process. You won’t regret it.
What’s the one word you would choose to describe Paycom, and why?
Trailblazing. Paycom is such an innovator in our industry and always paving the way to revolutionize the way in which employees across the country interact with technology on a daily basis. Paycom is also a fantastic vehicle for our own employees to expedite their careers and accomplish all of their personal and professional goals in less time than they could ever imagine.
What is your greatest accomplishment at Paycom?
Honestly, the relationships I have built with my clients and the results that Paycom has delivered for them are what I am most proud of. It’s what gets me out of bed every day.
What makes you proud to work at Paycom?
The people. I am surrounded by incredible leaders and teammates who not only work hard to change the status quo in our industry day in and day out, but are also role models outside the office, at home with their families and in their communities. Paycom employees are so grateful for the opportunity the organization has given them to build a life of abundance and never hesitate to give back through servitude, philanthropy or mentorship.
What are some of your favorite hobbies outside of work?
I am an avid golfer and hockey player. I also love to travel, attend sporting events and spend time with family and friends.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
Probably tacos. Definitely finished off with a Wegman’s cookie cake!
