Erica has been with Paycom for over three years and works in the Chicago office. She helps clients identify inefficiencies and reduce compliance exposure and aligns Paycom tools with her clients’ objectives. She also meets with executive teams to review quarterly ROI progress.

Share some of the perks and amenities you enjoy at Paycom.
I love the culture. I work with some of the smartest and most driven people I’ve ever known. Our office is in the heart of River North in Chicago, with every restaurant right outside our doorstep. Parking is covered, and I need to take advantage of our gym membership!
What’s one of your favorite memories that happened on Paycom’s campus?
Going to our corporate headquarters for annual training and spending time with my co-workers. We are spread across the country, and this is the time when we get creative and have some fun together. I love spending time with my team and soaking in all the knowledge I can from them.
What’s one benefit you’ve noticed in your career from being around motivated team members?
I’m performing at a level I didn’t know was possible. And it feels like this is just the beginning — even after three years! I don’t know another company that continuously finds ways to keep things fresh and new while also providing the training to constantly advance.
What are ways you’ve managed work-life integration? How has Paycom supported you in this?
I was born a hustler and am surrounded by peers who share that mentality. Paycom provides the tools I need to grow and achieve my goals!
