Dallas isn’t just the heart of Texas. According to the Wall Street Journal, it’s also become a booming financial hub and one of the top 10 hottest job markets in the United States. Long gone are the days of relocating to Silicon Valley if you want to work for a world-class tech company, because Paycom is happy to be part of this vibrant and growing DFW market!
In the center of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, you’ll find a 14-acre Grapevine campus that’s home to our Texas Operations Center. It’s not just one of the outstanding employers in the area, it’s a space where innovation thrives and unlimited career opportunities are waiting to be unlocked.
Bringing the Paycom culture to Texas
According to Gallup, stability and longevity require two things: a supportive culture with a proven track record and opportunities for advancement. Unfortunately, the top reason employees leave one organization for another is a lack of paths for career growth.
Paycom stands apart from other tech employers because it’s a growing HR tech and payroll software company offering a stable career.
“It’s no surprise that when an organization with a clear mission and clear values enters a new space, they are able to build a workplace culture that fosters the same individual and organizational success across locations,” said Jose A., a Paycom specialist at the Texas Operations Center. “Whether you’re at Paycom in OKC or in Grapevine, we are all working with the same goals in mind.”
Our Texas-sized benefits
Besides giving employees a chance to join a company that’s revolutionizing the HR tech industry, the professionals building their careers at Paycom are treated to some unique perks and unconventional benefits, including:
- free access to on-campus fitness centers at our corporate offices

- on-site well-being advisors and interfaith spaces
- $1-per-pay-period health insurance for employees

Paycom believes in improving the communities where we work and live. One way we do this is by incorporating environmentally friendly practices across our campuses, including:
- use of 100% renewable energy credits
- programs to recycle and refurbish electronic waste
- compositing programs at our corporate locations
- on-site data centers designed with advanced energy-saving methods to maximize functionality while minimizing environmental impact
Meet our Grapevine office
A lot goes into the transformation of the HR tech industry, but one of the essential ingredients is the right people! There are hundreds of different roles at Paycom, ranging from product designers to Paycom specialists. And the large and diverse talent pool in the DFW area is one of the reasons why we chose Grapevine as the home for our Texas Operations Center.
Let’s meet a few of these professionals from the heart of the Lone Star State.
Product Designer Hiba (she/her) started out as an intern and then made Paycom her full-time home. “As a new grad at Paycom, I’ve been given the opportunity to work on large, complex projects, which is a huge deal,” she said. “I think it takes both trust and confidence from leadership to give younger professionals opportunities to exercise their skills and judgment, and it’s really helped accelerate my development.”
Josian (he/him) found the community and growth opportunities he’d been searching for in his role as a senior executive Paycom specialist. “It’s been encouraging to have such a supportive team,” he said. “You can’t individually know everything and solve every issue, but with team members like ours, we share our experiences, rely on one another and give clients the best possible service.”
Paycom serves in DFW
The DFW area is more than just a location, it’s a community we call home. We believe in doing our part to lift up the people and organizations that make these places so special.
One of the ways we do this is by volunteering and donating to organizations through our employee giving program. Recipients include Canine Companions®, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County, Tarrant Area Food Bank, the Salvation Army of North Texas and the American Cancer Society Gene and Jerry Jones Family Hope Lodge in Dallas.
As the DFW skyline continues to grow, we’re growing, too! We’ve expanded beyond our Grapevine corporate office and now our development and IT departments can be found down the street in our North Texas Hub in Irving.
