Paycom’s Summer Engagement Programs (SEPs) and the Paycom Sales Summit are developmental programs providing students with opportunities to foster industry-specific skills and boost their professional development. While working with Paycom employees and industry experts, participants also get a clearer view of what it’s like to work in the human capital management industry.
These programs incorporate training, webinars, networking events and more to help participants develop professionally and gain the confidence they need to make serious decisions about their career. Sessions are led by Paycom recruiters and experts who are eager to share the insight and experience they’ve developed in their fields.
Whether it’s scoring a great internship, landing a dream job or making the first step from college into a career, learning directly from our professionals helps participants prepare for their next career step.
These programs consist of two-hour virtual sessions, and Paycom offers Summer Engagement Programs for three key areas:

- Operations
