IP Space

We’re here to make the transition more seamless
Paycom is moving both our outbound email and application-based email to a new Paycom IP space on May 6. With this move, our clients may need to update their allow list in order to continue receiving Paycom’s emails.
The Paycom application is designed to work securely over any normal Internet connection.
If your organization utilizes allow lists on your security devices, the following domain names (preferred method) should be permitted:
- paycomonline.net
- paycomdfw.net
- paycom.com
- paycomonline.com
- msg.paycomonline.com
- api.paycomonline.net
- api.paycomdfw.net
If your security device does not support domain names (and allow lists are still needed), the following IP address ranges should be permitted:
- 216.226.0.0/20
- 4.34.183.192/26
- 8.48.117.0/25
- 12.159.21.0/25
- 12.239.238.128/25
- 12.39.118.0/25
- 67.200.201.128/28
- 68.109.251.248/29
- 70.184.28.128/25
- 70.186.242.128/25
- 98.142.78.0/25
