Meet compensation statement experts Steve Boese and Peter Cappelli!
Steve Boese is a co-founder of H3 HR Advisors, the program chair and host of the HR Technology Conference and a columnist for Human Resource Executive magazine. He is also a frequent speaker and author on topics in human resources, HR technology and the workplace.
Peter Cappelli is the George W. Taylor Professor of Management at The Wharton School and director of Wharton’s Center for Human Resources. He is also a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and has served as senior advisor to the Kingdom of Bahrain for Employment Policy.
